Susan Valliere is a healthcare operations and revenue cycle leader with more than 19 years of experience across community health centers, academic medical systems, physician practices, and healthcare consulting.
Her experience includes FQHC operations, revenue cycle transformation, Epic and OCHIN optimization, patient access, vendor management, operational analytics, financial-impact analysis, staff development, and cross-functional performance improvement.
Susan founded Insight Revenue Cycle Solutions to make practical, specialized expertise more accessible to smaller healthcare organizations. She is known for identifying the operational causes behind financial problems, translating complex data into clear decisions, and helping teams build solutions they can sustain.
Her leadership philosophy is simple: fix the process, not the person.
